I refer the minister to the police raid on the offices of the Sunday Times in April in response to government concerns about the story on hospital computers being left in rubbish bins. (1) Did the minister or his department make a complaint to the Corruption and Crime Commission or the Western Australia Police, or both agencies? (2) Will the minister table the relevant correspondence; and, if not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
