(1) There is not a requirement for sawmills to provide summaries of Log Timber Processing / Milestones and Commitments however by agreement some mills provide the information. As some sawmills do not supply summaries of Log Timber Processing / Milestones and Commitments the information provided in this answer only represents approximately 60-70 per cent of the total quantity of sawn hardwood timber produced in WA. Both eastern states and overseas sales are recorded together in their reporting information as they are sales outside of Western Australia.
