(1) Of the $10 million allocated to the planning, land acquisition and construction of the Bunbury freight line to Kemerton Industrial Park: (a) What amount has been allocated toward planning for each of 2019-20 and 2020-21; (b) What amount has been allocated to land acquisition for each of 2019-20 and 2020-21; and (c) What amount has been allocated for construction for each of 2019-20 and 2020-21? (2) Does any privately held land need to be acquired to accommodate the rail link? (3) If yes, which entity/entities owns the privately held land and what is its current value? (4) Does any privately held land need to be acquired within the Kemerton Industrial Estate to accommodate this rail link? (5) If yes, which entity/entities owns the privately held land and what is the current value of the land holdings? (6) Will the State Government seek Commonwealth Government funding for this project and if so, how much? (7) When is it anticipated that this project will commence and be completed?

(1)-(5) Approximately $1.5 million is estimated to be required for planning. This work will confirm the full cost of the project, including land requirements. The balance of the current $10 million budget allocation will go towards construction and other costs.
(6) Potentially funding contributions will be considered as part of future work.
(7) Timing for the project is subject to ongoing negotiations between the Government and Industry.
