(1)-(5) Approximately $1.5 million is estimated to be required for planning. This work will confirm the full cost of the project, including land requirements. The balance of the current $10 million budget allocation will go towards construction and other costs.
(6) Potentially funding contributions will be considered as part of future work.
(7) Timing for the project is subject to ongoing negotiations between the Government and Industry.
