(1) Is the minister aware of reports that the Kwinana council has approved the expansion of the waste mound at Thomas Road, Kwinana to grow to double its original height from 36 metres to 62 metres? (2) Is the minister aware of claims that - (a) the council made the decision against the recommendation of its planning officer and on the basis of the extra revenue it would receive; and (b) recordings of the decision-making meetings were deleted or discontinued so that evidence of (a) was concealed? (3) Will the minister investigate whether - (a) the planning decision was made on the basis of revenue coming to the council; and (b) whether the recordings of the meeting were altered or erased?
