(1) Has the government received a
copy of the Mangles Bay economic study?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
government please table it?
(3) In what month and year was the
study completed?
(4) Does the
study accurately reflect current land and property values, including the
impacts of the global economic downturn?

(2) The Mangles
Bay economic study forms part of the proposed local structure plan for the
Mangles Bay marina-based tourist precinct, which was lodged with the City of
Rockingham in May 2015. As such it forms part of a statutory process. The protocol
is for the city to release the plan as part of its public advertising process
expected to occur in early 2016.
(3) In the first quarter of 2013.
(4) The details of the economic
study will be released with the local structure plan.
(5) The sale of lots and pens will
be dependent on the market conditions of the day.
