STATE SOLICITOR'S OFFICE
542. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the answer to question
without notice 456 on 10 August 2021, in which it was stated that the
establishment of the State Solicitor's
Office as an independent sub-department would have minimal impact on the state's
finances.
(1) Was a business case prepared?
(2) If yes, will the Attorney General
table the business case?
