I refer to Western Australia’s energy use and the estimated 127 per cent increase over the next 10 years in Western Australia’s greenhouse gas emissions above the 1990 level and its predicted impact on climate change and ask - (1) What is the estimated total cost to the Western Australian economy of the climate changes resulting from increased  greenhouse gas emissions? (2) What is the estimated cost of increased insurance premiums as a result of more severe and frequent storms? (3) What is the estimated cost in lost production as a result of declining rainfall due to climate change? Hon TOM STEPHENS
