(a) There is no "safety and health incidents" category. However, WorkSafe receives either "requests to attend" or "injury/disease notifications".
The location advice provided to WorkSafe is not necessarily where the alleged safety concern has occurred. The location provided and recorded can be a police station where an officer is stationed, the nearest street address or a generalised area.
2011-12: 42 injury/disease notifications, 6 requests to attend
2012-13: 30 injury/disease notifications, 11 requests to attend
2013- 24 injury/disease notifications, 12 requests to attend
(b) 2011-12: 8 completed investigations
2012-13: 8 completed investigations
2013- 6 completed investigations
(c) 2011-12: No breach of occupational safety and health laws identified.
2012-13: 1 improvement notice
2013- 7 improvement notices
