I refer to the Western Australia Bicycle Network Plan and ask, for the priority link Perth to Fremantle Railway Line from Grant Street to Fremantle: (a) what planning work has been done on this link; (b) what are the details of the works required; (c) when does the Minister expect work to commence; (d) when does the Minister expect works to be completed; (e) what is the estimated cost of this project; and (f) how much is currently allocated in the 2014-15 State Budget and in each year of the forward estimates?

(a-b) It is proposed to install a Principal Shared Path and improve crossings at intersections. The status of planning is:
Concept design is complete and an alignment review is underway. Potential inner harbour and Swan River crossings and alignment are being considered.
(c-d) No works in this section are planned within the current forward estimates.
(e) The cost estimate will be developed after the design has been completed.
(f) Nil for this section of the Perth to Fremantle Railway line.
