I refer the minister to the reported settlement, through Verve Energy, between the government and Dr Stephen van der Mye. (1) Will the minister detail the terms of the settlement and the amount to be paid to Dr van der Mye; and, if not, why not? (2) Why did the government, through Verve Energy, settle on the claim? (3) Will the minister table Dr van der Mye’s letter of resignation; and, if not, why not?
