(3) All RWWA employees (including casual and contract employees) together with agency operators are required to undergo a Police criminal check. In addition, those RWWA employees identified as key employees under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act are required to be licensed by the Gaming and Wagering Commission and this process involves a Police check.
