I am advised:
(a) Under the Department of Health Sponsorship Policy, sponsorship agreements are required to undergo a process of review prior to being entered into, and evaluation upon completion, to ensure they meet the goals and objectives of the WA health system and achieve value for money. In relation to this specific sponsorship, the formal documentation could not be located.
