(e) the reason for the meeting;
(f) whether the meeting included a meal or refreshments; and
(g) who paid for the meal of refreshments (if applicable)?

Synergy staff present at the opening were Chief Executive Officer, Mr John Van Der Ende and the Call Centre's Manager, Ms Julie Yusop. Other attendees were Peter Watson, MLA, Member for Albany; Bruce Manning, CEO of the Great Southern Development Commission; Alison Goode, the Mayor of Albany; John Berry, City of Albany's Economic Development Manager; David Juers and Jo Hummerston from Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Ministerial Media Adviser Mike Marren; Ian Bishop, Great Southern Ministerial Liaison Officer as well as media representatives. No refreshments were provided following the ceremony. Apart from that occasion I have had no dealings or meetings with Synergy, Synergy Regional or the administrators of Synergy Regional.
