I refer to the email from the Minister’s office, dated 22 July 2019 and received at 2:53pm, and I ask: (a) for what period of time was the Minister in the South Metropolitan Region; (b) further to (a): (i) how many meetings, events, functions or similar did the Minister attend; (ii) who attended each of the meetings, events, functions or similar with the Minister; and (iii) did the Minister receive or create any documents during or in preparation for the meetings, events, functions or similar; (c) if yes to (b)(iii), what were those documents; (d) further to (c), will the Minister table those documents; (e) if yes to (d), when; and (f) if no to (d), why not?

(a)-(f) The Minister was in the South Metropolitan Region on 23 July 2019 to visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service and Camco Engineering. The Minister was in the South Metropolitan Region for approximately three hours and was accompanied by policy advisers.
Emails of this nature are sent as a courtesy and contain contact details if the member required further detail. It must also be noted that these notifications are exactly what was done under the previous government. As it appears that the member found this notification to be a nuisance, the member can be removed from future correspondence.
