For each agency, department and Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities, as at 1 July 2024, 1 July 2023 and 21 November 2025, I ask: (a) How many FTE are allocated to the Freedom of Information Unit or equivalent area; (b) How many vacancies are in the Freedom of Information Unit or equivalent area; and (c) For each vacancy, how long has each position been vacant?

Western Australian Meat Industry Authority (WAMIA):
(a) - (c) As a small agency, WAMIA does not have a Freedom of Information (FOI) Unit or equivalent area. The Executive and HR Officer is assigned as WAMIA's FOI Officer and manages all FOI requests received by the Authority.
