CANNABIS INFRINGEMENT NOTICES
I refer to cannabis infringement notices issued by the police under the Cannabis Control Act 2003. (1) Since 23 March 2004, how many notices have been referred to the Fines Enforcement Registry as a result of the non-payment of the modified penalty or the non-completion of a cannabis education session as prescribed in the act? (2) Of those matters referred to in (1), how many infringements currently remain outstanding? Hon JON FORD
