parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Lands:
I refer to LandCorp's Springs Rivervale development
and the total cost in preparing the lots for the sale. What was the total cost
for each of the following work —
(a) land
purchases;
(b) planning
and environmental approvals processes;
(c) infrastructure
work at the site;
(d) costs
paid to the government trading enterprises; and
(e) legal
management consultation fees?
