I refer to the contract with St John Ambulance for emergency ambulance services, and I ask: (a) has the contract been renewed, and, if so, on what date was it renewed, and when does it expire; (b) noting the submission of the WA Country Health Service to the Standing Committee on Public Administration's inquiry into the delivery of ambulance services that 'the state remains under-invested in resourcing for ambulance services', what additional funding or resourcing has been provided to St John Ambulance by the State Government since the committee's report was tabled in May 2022; and (c) noting the view of the Department of Health that a five year contract is preferred, can you confirm that a contract no less that five years in duration will be offered to St John Ambulance?
