364. Hon ALANNA CLOHESY to the
Minister for Housing:
(1) Why are lots 61 and 602 Milldale Way, Mirrabooka, totalling 124 114 square metres, being sold?
(2) Given the
concerns raised by the member for Mirrabooka that the land is derelict and
needs to be developed to deliver to the community, will lots 61 and 602 be sold
on the provision that they will be developed within a reasonable period, such
as five years?
(3) When will
the Minister for Housing arrange a briefing for the member for Mirrabooka
regarding the sale of this land, as requested on 27 February 2014?

disposes of assets over time in the normal course of business.
