In relation to all the agencies for which the Minister is responsible, for each financial year 2008–2009, 2009–2010, 2010–2011 and 2011–12 (to date):
(a) what was the annual expenditure on corporate hospitality; and
(b) if this corporate hospitality included the hiring of a corporate box (or a similar facility):
(i) what was the event;
(ii) what was the cost;
(iii) how many people attended as guests of the agency; and
(iv) of these guests, how many were agency officers?

The Member has however identified a specific example and in the interests of an open and accountable Government - part (b) has been answered with respect to expenditure on 'Corporate Boxes'.
