PERTH ROYAL SHOW — PUBLIC TRANSPORT
620. Hon COLIN de GRUSSA to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the upcoming Perth Royal
Show, specifically to travel and parking logistics to and from the showgrounds.
(1) Has or will
the government consider subsidising public transport to the Perth Royal Show
this year as was the case under the previous Liberal–National
government?
(2) Will any extra transport
services be in place to ensure that parking is not a concern?
(3) Given the use of the showgrounds as a vaccination
venue and the impact of the show events on parking, will there be an
advertising campaign to encourage Western Australians to catch public transport
to the show?
