The Minister for Environment has provided the following response.
On 14 July 2016, the Department of Parks and Wildlife offered the Member a briefing to enable her to ask any questions in relation to the project. The Member has yet to accept that offer.
(1)-(5) A site masterplan that shows the planned building development has been made publicly available.
(6)-(8) The masterplan is based on the concept of single storey office blocks with a two storey visitor gateway building that will incorporate the site’s core facilities including meeting and training facilities. There are 21 visitor bays, five long vehicle bays, two large bus bays and 100 staff parking bays to be constructed in the first project stage. Indicative parking for another 40 cars is shown on the masterplan concept. Additional parking areas will be considered when the future stages are constructed. Each office building will have extensive end of trip facilities to encourage alterative travel arrangements.
(9) No.
