In early January a senior manager from Western Power met the proprietor of the Forest Hill Winery, Mr Tim Lyons to discuss his concerns relating to this quote and to apologise for the difficulties he had initially experienced in getting a detailed breakdown. Mr Lyons concerns were satisfactorily addressed and in fact, additional work on this project was contracted to Western Power. I understand the work to supply his winery has now been completed. 2. Western Power’s experience is that the vast majority of customers are not interested in a breakdown of price, however, as advised to Mr Lyons, Western Power is currently reviewing its computerised quotation system so that additional information regarding quotes can be readily provided to customers at their request.
