(3) Funding allocated to WA NDIS My Way Trial Sites (Lower South West and Cockburn Kwinana) in the Disability Services Commission budget is as follows:
(a-c) Not applicable
(d-e) At this stage no funding has been allocated for the NDIS trial sites. A provision has been made in the Mid-year Financial Projections Statement estimating $76million will be required from the State and Commonwealth governments to fund the two trial sites.
An additional provision has been made in the Mid-year Financial Projections Statement for $5million for the development of an information technology system. Precise details of the funding required for the two trial sites is still the subject of negotiations between the State and Commonwealth governments and details will be released when agreements are signed by both governments.
