HEALTH — MIDLAND COMMUNITY HEALTH HUB
1462. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the answer provided to
question without notice 1257 asked on 22 October 2024 regarding the Child and
Adolescent Health Service community health hub in Midland.
(1) Can the
minister confirm whether any community service organisations will be located at
the hub?
(2) If yes to
(1), will the minister list the community service organisation or organisations
and when will they commence delivery of their services?
(3) If no to (1),
why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the
Minister for Health.
(1)–(3) The
Child and Adolescent Health Service Midland hub commenced client-facing
operations on 7 October 2024. During the initial phase of operation, services
are being delivered by the child and adolescent community health service and
the child and adolescent mental health service, with other CAHS and other
non-government services also expected to be delivered in future.
