I refer to the Family and Domestic Violence System Reform Plan 2024–2029 and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Strategy 2025–2035, which both refer to improved monitoring and public reporting of system performance, and I ask : (a) what process is being used to develop the performance measures for monitoring the implementation of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Strategy; (b) which agencies or bodies are responsible for determining those performance measures and approving the final outcomes framework; and (c) when the Government expects to complete the development of the baseline data and performance targets for the Strategy, and when these will be released publicly?

a) The Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Strategy 2025–2035 (Strategy) commits to developing an outcomes measurement framework to evaluate the Strategy and monitor system-level change.
b) A multi-tiered governance and coordination mechanism to oversee and support implementation of the Strategy, including development of the Outcomes Framework, will be established with representatives from relevant government agencies,.
c) Baseline data and performance targets will be developed as part of the Outcomes Framework, as the Framework will guide the identification of appropriate data sources and measures.
