HOUSING
832. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to Legislative Council question without notice 479
about Government Regional Officers' Housing and police officers. For each
of these financial years, please identify the maximum amount by which a rent
increase for Western Australian police officers was permissible under the
tenant rent setting framework —
(a) 2015–16;
(b) 2016–17;
(c) 2017–18;
(d) 2018–19; and
(e) 2019–20?

question. The following answer has been provided to me by the Minister for
Police.
(a) It was $10 a week.
(b) The former Liberal–National government
increased the maximum amount by which GROH rents could be increased to
$30 a week.
(c)–(d) It was $30 a week.
(e) There is no increase.
