I refer the Minister to a recent study, published in the January edition of the peer-reviewed journal Contemporary Economic Policy , which found that US states which had legalised recreational cannabis saw a 5.5% increase in public college and university applications, compared to states that have not yet legalised, alongside a noticeably higher standard of application, and I ask: (a) what increase, if any, have we seen here in WA in university applications since the pandemic, and what projected figures, if any, do we have going forward?
