I refer to the "State of the WA Government Sector Workforce 2024-25" report produced by the Public Sector Commission, and I ask:(a) Of the total figures stated in the 2024-25 and 2023-24 periods for each of the following "substantiated allegation" categories outlined in Figure 22. Can you detail, in absolute terms, the number of instances of each of the following categories that occurred within your respective department:(i) "Offensive or inappropriate personal behaviour";(ii) "Careless or negligent performance of duty";(iii) "Assault, bullying and harassment";(iv) "Fraud, corrupt use of position, theft";(v) "Misuse of public resources or information";(vi) "Disobeying lawful instructions";(vii) "Misuse of drugs and alcohol";(viii) "Conflict of interest"; and(ix) "Criminal offences (outside work)"; and(b) For the "substantiated allegation" categories 1) "Fraud, corrupt use of position, theft" and 2)"Misuse of public resources or information" found in Figure 22 of the State of the WA Government Sector Workforce 2024-25 report. Questions related to the Public Sector Commission report referred to should be directed to the Premier as responsible Minister. The information sought of the Department of Health is not readily available and would require considerable resources, diverting staff away from their normal duties.
