A Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of each public school was undertaken in the second half of 2013. The BCA process identifies and prioritises the maintenance items, including minor non-urgent work.
a. At the time of inspection in 2013, the estimated value of identified maintenance work at South Ballajura Primary School was $42,531.
b. See tabled paper no. Note that this includes South Ballajura Education Support Centre, which is the subject of Question on Notice 5302.
c. Since the 2013 BCA was undertaken, $421,108 has been spent on maintenance at South Ballajura Primary School.
d. Not applicable.
