Is the Labor endorsed candidate for the federal seat of Swan, Ms Hannah Beazley, employed in the electorate office of any Member of Parliament, and if so: (a) what office is Ms Beazley employed in; (b) on what days and hours does Ms Beazley work and in what capacity (i.e. full-time, part-time etc.); (c) what processes, plans or policies are in place to ensure that Ms Beazley does not conduct federal campaign work during her employment; and (d) what processes, plans or policies are in place to ensure that Ms Beazley is not using any DPC property, equipment, or other DPC staff during work hours for matters related to her campaign?

(a) Ms Beazley is not currently employed in the office of a Member of Parliament.
(b) N/A
(c) Any employee of a Member of Parliament is required to resign once they formally nominate as a candidate with the WA Electoral Commission. In the case of Ms Beazley, her letter of resignation was received by the Member on 27 September 2018 giving four weeks’ notice and thus effective 25 October 2018.
(d) Ms. Beazley was subject to the same processes, plans and policies as all DPC employees with respect to campaigning.
