(1) National criminal and WA traffic police checks.
(2) Two yearly national criminal checks to maintain Department of Transport (DoT) database access and adhoc ongoing checks by DoT staff.
(3) DoT policy does not allow employees to access their own personal records or their friends/family records.
(4) Database logs are created for every transaction and are monitored by staff through ongoing electronic verification audit checks.
