I refer to the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme, and ask: (a) in each of 2012, 2013 and 2014 to date, and by utility, how many families or singles have accessed Hardship Utility Grant Scheme (HUGS) assistance in the following areas: (i) Bunbury; (ii) Busselton; (iii) Margaret River; (iv) Nannup; (v) Manjimup; (vi) Donnybrook-Balingup; (vii) Bridgetown-Greenbushes; and (viii) the South West Region; (b) in each of 2012, 2013 and 2014 to date, and by utility, how many HUGS applications were received from the following areas: (i) Bunbury; (ii) Busselton; (iii) Margaret River; (iv) Nannup; (v) Manjimup; (vi) Donnybrook-Balingup; (vii) Bridgetown-Greenbushes; and (viii) the South West Region; (c) has Aqwest joined the HUGS program; and (d) if yes to (c), when did Aqwest join?
