I refer to the Regional Community Services specific-purpose fund of the Royalties for Regions programme and ask for the financial year 2008–2009:
(a) what specific projects were funded;
(b) what is the description of the project;
(c) what is the total cost of the project;
(d) what was the amount provided to the project through the specific-purpose fund;
(e) which projects cost more than budgeted, and what was the additional cost per project;
(f) was additional money provided through the specific-purpose fund to meet the additional cost; and
(i) if yes, what was the additional amount provided to each project;
(g) did any funded projects not proceed; and
(i) if so, which ones;
(h) which funded projects are still not complete, when was completion expected and when is it now expected to be completed;
(i) were any funds provided to a specific project transferred to another; and
(i) if so, which project was subsequently funded?

The Members is referred to the 2008/2009 budget papers that outline in some detail the allocation of funds to support a wide range of initiatives as part of Royalties for Regions.
The Member is also referred to the Royalties for Regions Progress report that has been tabled in Parliament for 2008/2009. This report provides considerable detail to assist the public understand the breadth of projects provided through Royalties for Regions. This information is also available on the Royalties for Regions website.
The Member is also referred to the agencies that are managing the implementation of these projects to provide information specific to the Member's enquiry.
