I refer to the Minister’s announcement on 24 November 2017 that SilkAir
would run four return trial flights from Singapore to Broome in June 2018, and
I ask: (a) how many visitors arrived from Singapore to Broome on each of the four trial flights; (b) what was the plane’s capacity on each of the four trial flights; (c) what financial assistance was provided by Tourism WA as part of its support for this trial; (d) was Tourism WA directly involved in the negotiations with SilkAir which led to the provision of international flights from Singapore to Broome; and (e) will any further return flights be chartered by SilkAir from Singapore to Broome?
