Cat Act
424. Hon Julie Freeman to
the minister representing the Minister for Local Government:
I refer to question
without notice 1571, asked by the Hon Tjorn Sibma on 27 November 2024,
regarding the Cat Act 2011 .
(1) Noting that the response to that question confirmed
the commencement of the initial scoping phase of the review, has this phase now
been complete and, if not, when is it expected to be complete?
(2) What steps have been undertaken as part of the
initial scoping phase of the review?
(3) What is the next phase of the review?
(4) Who is responsible for conducting the review
and which stakeholders have been consulted during the initial scoping phase?
