the Premier:
I refer to the government's response to the report of
the Blaxell inquiry, ''St Andrew's Hostel Katanning: How the
system and society failed our children'', including that a central
agency task force will be established to consider and recommend on the full
scope of the one-stop shop complaints oversight function.
(1) Has the task force been established?
(2) What is the membership of the task force?
(3) What is the time line of the task force to make its
recommendations?

has committed to ensuring that all preparatory work, including the drafting of
instructions, is undertaken as a matter of priority so that relevant
legislation can be introduced once Parliament resumes in 2013.
