(c) does the Minister propose to introduce a licensing regime for building trades; and (d) if yes, which respective trades does the Minister propose to licence and why?
(d) if yes, which respective trades does the Minister propose to licence and why?
(b) In summary, I advised the BTLG that before the Government could fully consider its proposal, a number of issues need to be addressed and evidence provided to support its proposal. Having summarised my response, in this instance, I do not believe that it is necessary or appropriate to table correspondence involving a private member of the community. (c) No. In the absence of evidence which confirms the need, I do not propose to introduce a licensing regime for building trades. (d) Not applicable.
