(2) The area contains several diving sites that are used by several dive operators and members of the general public. These sites require moorings to protect the reef and provide safe diving environs. The review of the Ningaloo Marine Park Management Plan will provide for a mooring plan that will be consistent with the Department of Conservation and Land Management’s mooring policy.
