639. Hon JIM CHOWN to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
(1) Why does the
Department of Health offer short-term rolling contracts as normal practice, as
opposed to permanent contracts?
(2) How many beds in the public hospital system are currently
not in use?
(3) What was the patient-to-staff
ratio in the public hospital system for —
(a) 2015; and
(b) 2019?
