(a) A business case, reflecting the full costing requirements for capital and operational is being developed as part of the 2015/16 State Budget process.
(b) Subject to Government's approval as part of the 2015/16 budget, works are anticipated to commence in late 2015 and are contingent on planning/development approvals and the licensing process.
(c) It would be expected that the facility will become operational in the 2016/17 financial year, depending on approval and construction and procurement timelines.
