With reference to the Mirrabooka Water Treatment Plant and proposed Ballajura Aged Care facility, I ask:
(a) is the Minister considering a proposal to relocate the facility or change the chlorine used in the facility in order to free land in Ballajura currently affected by the 200 metre buffer; and
(b) has the Minister or his staff been in contact with the City of Swan about resolving this issue?
