In 2019–20 there are 1,220 beds available for homeless support accommodation. The following beds are specifically available for the identified cohorts:
a) 298 beds are available for people fleeing domestic violence
b) 177 beds are available for young people aged 15 to 25 years
c) Older adults are able to access homeless support accommodation available to adults
d) four beds are prioritised for LGBTQI+ young people but can be used for other young people if capacity permits, and
e) 14 beds are available for young single women.
