MINISTER FOR POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES - STAFF SUPERANNUATION PAYMENTS
Given that a former employee of the Minister for Police and Emergency Services has stated that she was never given a statement of superannuation contributions as required under section 10.1.8 of the Retail Pharmacists’ Award 2004, will the minister direct his department to investigate the allegation; and, if not, why not? Mr J.J.M. BOWLER

As I understand it, the Minister for Police and Emergency Services has already made good that money, or he will do so as soon as the bonds come through. As far as I am concerned, the matter is closed because the Minister for Police and Emergency Services initiated those actions several weeks before it came to the attention of the member.
