BUSSELTON WATER — HARDSHIP UTILITY GRANT SCHEME ASSISTANCE
I refer to Busselton Water. (1) What date was hardship utility grant scheme assistance made available to Busselton Water customers? (2) For 2011, how many Busselton Water customers — (a) applied for HUGS assistance; (b) received HUGS assistance; (c) applied for exceptional circumstances HUGS assistance, and how much additional funding assistance did they receive; (d) arranged to have their water bills paid by instalments to avoid disconnection; and (e) had their water disconnected due to inability to pay?
