(1) 21 September 2009.
(2) Yes. The Minister sought greater clarification of reporting against targets for two initiatives on page 28, Department of Commerce 2008/09 Annual Report:
· Fair Pay and Conditions Policy WA 2008 (Procurement Policy - shared with the Department of Treasury and Finance; and Housing);
and
· Implementation of State Broadband Network Strategy (shared with the Department of Treasury and Finance, Premier and Cabinet, Education, and Health, Police WA and Office of E-Government).
