(1) Has it been brought to the minister’s attention that the Auditor General reported in the “Public Sector Performance Report, No 1 of May 2005” that the Department of Fisheries had a leave accrual liability equivalent of 15 per cent of payroll? (2) If yes, can the minister tell the house what action is being taken to reduce that liability? (3) If no to (1), will the minister make inquiries and report to the house accordingly? Hon JON FORD
