(2) For each recommendation referred to in (1), can the Minister advise: (a) if the recommendation has been implemented and, if not, when it is expected to be implemented; and (b) if any State funding is required to deliver the recommendation?

(1)   All recommendations from the 2020 Review of the Disability Standards for Education 2005 are relevant to the Western Australian Department of Education.
The State Government has agreed in principle to all recommendations from the Review.
Recommendations are either the sole responsibility of the Australian Government or joint responsibility of state governments with the Australian Government.
(2)(a)  The Australian Government is leading the work with states and territories to develop a Review implementation plan to address the recommendations.  Timelines are yet to be determined by the Australian Government.
(b)  Any costs for the State in implementing the recommendations from the Review are yet to be determined.
