I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) It collected $560 553.34
exclusive of GST in total.
(2)–(3) McGees
Property manages the Barrack Square properties under the terms and conditions
of a management agreement entered into in June 2012. The basis of the
management fee is a percentage of the gross collections exclusive of GST and
consumables—that is, utility charges. The terms and conditions of the
contract were publicly tendered, and to disclose the fee basis will
commercially disadvantage McGees Property's future tendering position
for this portfolio.
(4) Following the
initial three-year term, which commenced on 1 June 2012, McGees Properly has
exercised its right to the first one-year option term, commencing 1 June 2015
and expiring 31 May 2016. A further one-year option term commencing 1 June 2016
is available prior to the contract being due for re-tender.
