(b)  There are 21 sexual assault kits that have been unprocessed for more than 90 days. These kits relate to cases that have been withdrawn or will not be proceeding further.
(c)   There are 12 sexual assault kits that relate to matters that originated in regional areas. These kits relate to cases that have been withdrawn or will not be proceeding further.
