I refer to the processing of sexual assault kits in Western Australia as of 1 June 2025, and I ask: (a) how many sexual assault kits are awaiting processing; (b) in reference to (a), how many of these have been unprocessed for more than 90 days; and (c) in reference to (a), how many of these relate to matters that originated in regional areas?

(b) There are 21 sexual assault kits that have been unprocessed for more than 90 days. These kits relate to cases that have been withdrawn or will not be proceeding further.
